NOURISH Public Garden
LIVE. WORK. PURPOSE.
That is Autism Power's ethos, and it is the guiding spirit behind our flagship project: NOURISH Public Garden.
INNOVATIVE JOB PLATFORM
NOURISH is a new type of job engine, providing training and employment for non-traditional workers. Individuals who are marginalized from the workforce. These are not low-level or make-work jobs. Rather, they are rewarding, challenging, and enjoyable jobs that take advantage of each worker's strengths. This is accomplished through technology-supported vocational training and individualized assessments. Opportunities also include linking individuals to integrated and competitive employment.
CONTROLLED AGRICULTURE ENVIRONMENT
NOURISH includes a controlled agriculture environment setting growing and selling produce.
COMMUNITY GATHERING PLACE
NOURISH is intended to be a welcoming place for everybody, neurotypical and neurodiverse alike...
RESEARCH & TECHNOLOGY
The key is NOURISH's integrated technology, which combines proprietary cloud-based process management software and smart-screen kiosks to provide whatever level of individualized support each worker needs to succeed.
WE NEED YOUR HELP!

We have found a beautiful building in a natural setting in Upper Arlington, Ohio that will be the ideal home for NOURISH. In addition to providing a site for training and employing non-traditional workers who will be growing and selling produce, there is room to host public and private events and provide community learning opportunities. Autism Power is trying to raise the funds needed to buy this building.
